Role Summary/Purpose For our Finance department we are looking for a Financial Analyst – GSCM Jenbach (m/f) Job Reference No. 1236608 This position is a Business Partner for Jenbacher GSCM / Manufacturing and provides support for any finance related matter. You will work closely with functional leaders as well as with manufacturing supervisors. Responsibilities are rounded with cross functional tasks, such as integrated make or buy decisions with Product Line Management, Technology and Sourcing. Essential Responsibilities Your responsibilities: Business partner to GSCM leaders providing strong financial support for competitive production Interactive budgeting both short and long term - coordination with other departments (HR; etc.) Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial metrics to the GSCM leadership team (Key Performance Indicator) Support the operations team with detailed analysis (causes and effects) Provide financial guidance for investments (Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return; Payback) with post investment control Perform ad hoc analyses (farm in / out decisions during unsteady loads, etc.) Identify and implement process improvements Qualifications/Requirements Your qualifications: Master or Bachelors degree in business or in a technical field Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role with analytical and management accounting background Precise working style with high affinity for numbers Excellent analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication in English Able to confidently present to management Skilled in time management Work Location is Jenbach / Tyrol.
