As ECM/BPMS project manger/consultant you will form part of our Professional Services unit and be responsible for solution delivery of ECM/BPMS projects. Directly interfacing with the customers on-site you will take a lead role in designing ECM/BPMS solution blueprints to meet business requirements as well as monitoring and controlling the complete solution delivery life-cycle. As ECM/BPMS project manger/consultant you take a key role in our organization and you will become an ECM expert and will help coordinate Professional Service deliverables with our RD organization. As a member of Professional Services you will deal with project management disciplines to ensure project delivery in time and within quality and budget targets.
Therefore the ideal candidate brings a solid technical background and can present a successful track record of ECM, BPMS or EAI project delivery. Nevertheless, if you don't have any experience in this area but feel comfortable handling business requirements and think you can grow with the job, give it a try. Candidates with development background searching for new challenges are also welcome.
Your tasks will cover:
- Dealing with consulting methodologies, project management framework, and system implementation lifecycle
- Experienced with consulting methodologies, project management framework, and system implementation lifecycle
- Gathering requirements and facilitating information-gathering workshops
- Performing business and IT consulting including gap analysis and target scenario blueprints
- Managing ECM/BPMS system implementation
- Strong initiative and leadership skills demonstrated through work experience
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and activities at a time and manage multiple clients
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload, to meet deadlines and client commitments on time and on budget in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate well into internal and client teams
- Candidates must be prepared to travel within DACH region and surrounding areas
